About Me

I began playing bassoon at age 11 and have since built a diverse performing and teaching career. I have performed with the Kingston Symphony, Toronto Philharmonic, National Arts Centre Orchestra, Les Violons du Roy, Ottawa Symphony, Windsor Symphony, and Ohio Light Opera.

My journey into historical performance began in 2019 with the baroque bassoon, studying with Dominic Teresi (Tafelmusik) and attending masterclasses with leading European teachers. I now play on a copy of an 18th-century Johannes Scherer bassoon, crafted by the Wolf family of Germany.

I am continuing to deepen my expertise at festivals including the Amherst Early Music Festival and Tafelmusik Summer Institute. Syudying with Wouter Verschuren and Stephanie Corwin.
