Summer Baroque Academy!
What a busy summer! First up Chris, Bill and I went to the Amherst Baroque Academy at Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA. We had a great time with lessons, oboe band and I played the world premier of the opera Dafne by Georg Reutter. You can see some pictures on my Home page
Stephanie Corwin was standing in for Wouter Verschuren this summer and, while I really missed seeing Wouter again, I really enjoyed that time we spent at Tafelmusik Baroque Summer Institite in 2023.
It was especially nice this summer because it marked the first time Chris and I could attend a summer baroque academy together. He has been playing Baroque Oboe for more than a year now!
